For more than 15 years, I have worked in HR for one simple reason: I am fascinated by people – and I believe organizations succeed only when they share that fascination.
My background in business administration and a master’s degree in human capital management have shaped a core conviction: behind every number is a person, behind every process a story, and behind every change a human need.
Across consulting, specialist, and leadership roles, I have seen the true impact of HR when strategy meets humanity. Continuous learning in positive psychology, diversity management, and new work has deepened my understanding of what motivates people, strengthens teams, and shapes culture.
In my work, I combine clarity, responsibility, and attentive listening. I support organizations through complexity and help uncover solutions beyond the obvious. For me, empathy, intuition, and business acumen go hand in hand.
I draw inspiration from places where stories are told - through travel, books, art, and pop culture. This is where insights into human behavior emerge and where meaningful impulses for impactful HR are born.
